Wut's up People?!/Slow Build Thread.

I'm gonna officially introduce myself instead of just popping on to treads and making comments and asking stupid questions. I've been a member for a while but never really introduced myself. My name is Stephen and I'm 17. I bought my first 240 the same week I got out of high school. I've been into them for a little bit over a year now. Well, I drove three hours to pick up my 1990 240sx hatch, to bad it was an automatic that was stuck in 2nd at the time. It ran and only cost $450 so I couldn't complain. On the way back we stopped at a gas station and it wouldn't start back up. So we towed it for a little bit. It then started on it's own. So we pulled over to unhook it and just drive it the rest of the way home. It then shot into 3rd out of nowhere and chirped the tires, before I knew it, I was doing 70. Well, anyways, I've had it parked for about a month and a half and already installed my clutch pedal, the master cylinder, replaced a tail light, and changed the panel under the tail lights cuz the original one was dented. I'm wanting to swap an SR in there and I've saved up almost $1200 and I just got a job today so she will be running in no time. I also want to sell my KA24E and the wiring for it. It has 150,XXX miles and runs pretty good but I would clean the IACV or change it. I'm gonna need some help. This is only my second car. I didn't realize that my screen name was a website so sorry about that. Sorry for making you guys read. I will put up pics of her soon.

Lol ok thanks man. Didn't wake up till one and went to my first day of work at my new job. It blows so hard. But I will have money. I will deff. wake up before 10 tomorrow and get some pics. I might even hit the junk yard and tear the out the rear and subframe from a junked 240 to start building up in my spare time.

That dent will recieve a good set of 30mm overfenders. the third brake light will be deleted soon and I will be putting an LED third brake light in the rear window. My dog is up for stud if anyone is interested I'm surprised he sat still for that. 13 months, 80 lbs and still growing.

Ok, so today I sanded my third brake light area down to bare metal to delete the third brake light and to remove a nasty dent. My mom is an iron worker so she help make my delete template. The gauge of steel is 20-22. Know ya know. LOL here is the link. Again I still don't know how to do it. I also marked most of my dents with masking tape. The metal will be tack welded within the next few day and then the body filler. I can't keep my hands off of her. http://s1024.photobucket.com/albums/y308/astrebler09/

Does anyone have an auto transmission? I need to get this out of the garage. I'm getting biched at because of it. I know I spelled it wrong. And can someone show me where the IACV is I need to clean it.

Cheah ok mane. Tomorrow I'm picking up a used auto transmission. Yeah i know that sucks but I will be able to drive it. And for 50 buck you can't beat it. Then it will be nothing but saving for the SR. Half way there. lol

Thanks for all the comments everybody. I just can't get a solid few hours of work on her cuz of work and leaving town for a few day. I probably have a total of ten hours of work on her. I work til saturday, I go to work at 4:30 and sleep til 11-12 everyday. So the gf comes first but I might have to drag her out to the garage. I would like to try for the car on page 11 of the Best Looking 240sx Ever Thread. The first black one. But I would have to make those head light housings myself.
