Yeah from what I saw he is letting it go for a new car...http://forums.altimas.org/zero...02387dldjros69 wrote:

did i miss something, i didnt know he was getting rid of his coupe.
I am heart broken, i hope the A/c fire continues to burn...

well, for some folks, the lure of a new car only lasts for a short while, and then it dulls out, and they are ready to jump into something else... Blake took his car as far as he could/wanted to, but in the end i think Blake will always be a "bimmer"... my guess is he goes with a 335i... and starts modding that!Mr.Coupe wrote:Over the last couple of weeks I have seen way to many people getting into major accidents, getting rid of their car or trading them in. Now I find out that adidas2go ,Blake who was one of the people we inspired many of us including me, is parting out his car. These cars only came out 2 years ago and it seems like the members that at first were WAY DEEP into loving the car are just turning around and walking away. Maybe it's just me, but I'm not liking what I see. Regardless of me getting a GT-R by the end of this year or early next year when they fix all the problems with it and if I don't get a different exotic car instead. My AC isn't going anywhere. It will not be traded in, regected or totalled. Sorry I just needed to VENT .

Thanks for the info DOC. I hear what you're saying about the CVT bro and I understand. That was Blake and my problems especially with the CVT and our cars being boosted. Which is why I'm having Tim do what he is doing to my car, BUT DON'T SAY WHAT IT IS . You're not planning on leaving us any time soon are you bro?rjdmmfl1 wrote:

also, the CVt is NOT all its cracked up to be... has an achilles heel that you and I are both aware of... truly the limitation to this vehicle...
but the folks with the 6MT shouldn't be going anywhere!
What's that? Turbo issues?rjdmmfl1 wrote:has an achilles heel that you and I are both aware of...
probably some day...maybe 5 years down the road....Bmore-coupe wrote:I just hope that the ones who do stick with it are not like some of the ones on cardomain that have been posted that are

I was Joking man! I was wondering how long it would take for someone to notice what I posted I wouldn't be able to get rid of my coupe even if I wanted too. My wife would make me keep it for as much money I've dumped into her (her being the coupe)srwong wrote:
I plan on buying a new car by the end of this year or early next year with a HP in the area of 450-? stock, but I know for a fact that I will still keep my AC. I'm leaning toward a GT-R Spec V or a higher end exotic, but i told myself that the AC isn't going anywhere. I'm attached to my car and will not let it go at all.Hussain wrote:the ones looking for something else, many of them see the possibilities of other cars out there. i mean i've seen used BMW 335i in excellent condition go for $27,000 dollars. if you can get like 20k for the altima coupe (blake for example with his low miles and premium package) then its just 7k for a much better car. i love my altima coupe but the 335i is such an amazing car! with just a tune, you're at 430 HP.... how much is blake pushing with his turbo? 380? 400? i mean a "juice box" tune cost $350 and boosts the power to 430 HP and the car will drive smoothly and not have to worry about your transmission blowing up. PLUS thats just a tune, you can still do soooo much to them. PLUS they're RWD with pretty much perfect 50/50 weight distribution so it will handle better then the A/C..... i mean the list goes on. the 335i beats our cars in so many ways.... its hard to want to put major money into a car and then see a used 335i with so much more potential.... not to bash the A/C though lol its still a great car but honestly, most cars arnt on the 335i's level (including the A/C's big brother the G37).
You're not serious are you dude?dangeris wrote:Well since this thread is started, I'm getting rid of my coupe too
lol i knew it had to be a joke, because your car is sooooo sexxxy....dangeris wrote:I was Joking man!
