Hey everyone. Thanks for all your help. The starter switch solenoid is bad and so is the FLYWHEEL! The engine is getting gas, spark and air. The solenoid wasn't strong enough and the flywheel...OH THE FLYWHEEL! Its time to say good bye to the old girl. It was fun while it lasted but its time to go. Thanks again everyone.

I'm thinking the same thing. How does a bad flywheel cause the revving problem you are having?

Bucking and rpm limited symptoms sound MAF, TPS, KS, ECM or transmission related to me. The flywheel is just a heavy round hunk of metal with teeth around the outside for the purposes of engaging the starter to crank the engine and to smooth the feel of the engine a bit. Were not talking manual transmission related clutch engaging surfaces either and I doubt that a loose flywheel would cause even vaguely similar problems.

So much to look forward to, and remember it's all about inputs and outputs, and very simple once you've found the solution.

No not the bucking, it won't start. The fly wheel and the starter solenoid are bad. What is TPS and KS?

Throttle position sensor and Knock sensor.

By Bad do you mean the flywheel is missing teeth ?

I'd pull the starter to check the teeth on it, along with those on the flywheel, if you haven't already done so.

Is your (j30wizz) interior black and if it is, what does your rear mat look like?
