Okay, I had to go on NICO for this because i cant get a hold of Intense Power. I tried calling them all day today and no one picks up, its been like this for a couple of weeks now. i tried e-mailing them, i even emailed Darren Lane directly and he didnt even answer back, so WTF Intense Power?

I ordered from you guys on Aug 11 by phone call and i paid via paypal. Now what im wondering is why the hell i havent received an invoice for my parts ordered? Its been a month and a half and i want is an invoice so i know you got the right parts, the right address, and so i have some type of assurance that my money is going to what i want it to go to.

On my paypal payment i put what i ordered (S15 conversion stuff and Version Select bodykit parts, p.s. not in those words). I called them the next day and told them i want to change from Version Select to Origin Stylish (that's why i want the invoice to make sure they changed to the right parts).

so now what?

Uhh... Now you call them?

As a general rule, in important dealings email is only for when you don't mind not being answered.

So what did they say when you called them back and ask why you haven't received the invoice yet?

Re-read, the OP says NOTHING about any phone calls... His other post only says that he called when he first ordered?

Maybe I am wrong, but I've noticed people HATE calling about orders... They don't seem to mind placing the order as much but they (and me, but I am doing better :D ) will send email after email and wait months before they actually get on the phone.

I just get the feeling from his posts that he made the first call, and has just been emailing since. You really gotta stay on those phone calls. Have them give you a date, and if by that day you don't have results call again and ask why not.

If he has done that, and they aren't making the dates they have said demand a refund and go else where. If you can't even get a hold of them... well that is what the BBB is for.

I got only 2 phone calls that actually went through. (they need a answering machine)

The first one, which was to order my parts and what payment method i was going to use.And the second, which was me changing my order and asking for the invoice.

He (i dont know who picks up there phone) said that he was going to work on it and will send me an invoice. I never got it so i decided to e-mail Intense Power. i got a reply email from Darren Lane telling me that he's going to look it up, but he never got back to me. I mailed him a couple of times too.

It's hard getting a hold of them. Intense Power is one of NICO sponsors so i thought they would be a reputable place to shop, plus i've seen there cars featured in a couple of my magazines. im going to try to call them again tomorrow.

How many phone calls went un-answered?

Sucks man... I would be getting government agencies involved at this point.

Nico Sponsor are usually pretty good, and they seem to weed out the ones that aren't... but in the end if some one isn't an out right crook and brings money its hard to turn down a sponsor.

it would block your phone number from caller id, that way they don't know it's you and may answer.

Me too.

That being said, Ive done buisiness with Darren at intense. I ordered some stuff, by phone, and they worked with me through everything. Darren was super helpful even after a CC number snafu (my fault), and got me my parts ASAP.

I hope this works out for you.
