Vouch! Good condition. I wouldnt say great because of some plug's condition but thats to be expected. Wires its self is unmolested...for now

Thanks for the vouch. Sorry about the plugs but we all know that the age of these things, engine heat, all add to the plastic plugs being a little brittle.

Thanks again though

$65 is a steal for a harness.

Will the LHD CA harness fit in the USDM S13 240SX with no modifications? If that's the case then I'd much rather have that one than have to extend and modify my RHD harnes.

If the LHD harness works Greg I wouldn't mind swapping with you. You pick up an uncut LHD harness and I'll ship you my RHD harness. Even swap, even though I spent $180 on it. lol

I'm 99.9% sure the harness I've got is a RHD model. Lemme check the MAF plug and I'll get back to you.

WTF? would the maf plug be different? I could see the lines being shorter maybe...... I is confused. the exhaust mani is still on the same side LHD or RHD.....

Sorry. When I said MAF plug I just meant the length of the wire running to the MAF plug. If it's really short, then it's a RHD harness. If it's hella long, then I would assume it's a LHD version. Hell, I didn't even know there was a LHD version that wouldn't need to be modified until today, at least I hope it doesn't need to be modded.

I duunno I thinks Its fooked so im about to try another one.

I have an apexi power FC which is a standalone that plugs into the existing harness, and runs off existing sensors.

what do you want for the LHD harness, so long as the other guy deff wants to trade?

I'm down to trade greg as long as that harness works in my car. The harness I have isn't missing any plugs at all. it's in great shape.

There are two different LHD harnesses. One has the ignitor plugs, and the other has the ignitor plugs in the body harness not the main engine harness. There is a writeup here somewhere on how to wire up the one without the plugs. I unfortunately never know which ones I get in.

I have two coming in late this week or early next week along with 200sx diff coolers and diff cooler pumps so if anybody is interested I can send pics once I get them in.

Boss if you would have hollered at me earlier on, I would have hooked you up with my old harness on the cheapness. RHD, wired for n62, basically it was the heat.

UGH! I wish I would have known too because I just picked up an N62 for $20 at my local yeard because my swap didn't have a MAF. poop. I left you a message on another reply about the spring on the timing belt tensioner btw.

Didnt the pignose Euro CA's lack an O2 sensor...thus the wiring harness would lack the plug?

That is the case with my 200sx, no O2 sensor. Same as the UK pre-facelift (pignose). Not sure about the rest of Europe.

My 89 had an 02 sensor. Everything I get is from 200sx's here in Germany. Not sure how the laws are elsewhere but this place is crazy with their emissions crap. I can't drive 5 of my 6 cars in any major city because they are older than 1993. Anything older than a 1993 has to park outside the cities here

I will post up some pics and see if we can figure this out when the harnesses come in

i too will keep posted and put pics of what i see

if you need me to look at any wire colors/plug orientation let me know cause mine is all apart as well.

edit: I got one for you actually.

hey guys,

Was wondering if someone could have a look at their engine harness, 02 sensor plug portion in particular.

With the plug body in the palm of your hand, wires facing your body/arm, plug opening facing your finger tips, HUMP on plug UP.......what are the colors of the 3 wires you are looking at?

They did have ignitor plugs just not in the main engine harness. They ran them through the main body harness. So you have to go through that link and read how those guys wired the euro harness. neither one said it was difficult and both of them got their cars running no problems.
