First off, let me state that I'm not trying to be a jerk. Please don't read an argumentative tone into my writing, as I'm not trying to 'start' anything. And Clipsed, I'll apologize right off for being a nagging jerk the other day trying to prove you "wrong"...that was stupid of me.
But when I tried to politely inquire TheClevelandSound about his mods, especially the 175hp claim, I was told...

The only reason I was making inquiries was to try and test the validity of his claims, not to "slam" him or put him down, as may have been interpreted by my posts earlier in this thread. I can see how that tone can be read into my posts, but it wasn't my intention to be overly negative - just inquisitive.
I'm still not saying TheClevelandSound is lying - it's just that in a case like this (saying $3000 has been spent on suspension - when the car in his signature appears to have the same wheel gap as the stock Versa sitting in my garage...claiming to be making 175 hp...sponsored...so on and so forth) the burden of proof definitely rests in his hands.
And just for the record, I'm not against modding the Versa, or any other car for that matter. My opinion is just that there are probably cars that are more suited for such endeavors - but I applaud anyone for being unique. Yes, fastlyfe, I know what cars are popular on the "import" scene (you forgot a few - primarily some SR20 powered vehicles ) and I understand why they are preferred over more expensive vehicles.

BINGO!
That's what I was getting at earlier, mainly. I still would like to know how much power the stock automatic transmission (or CVT) can handle, as well. His claims just seem too good to be true, that's all. But I guess time will tell if he proves all our doubts wrong.
