just for the simple fact that I would not want to fall for the girl...

I want to start my own fam not have an inbuilt fam..

but if a guy wants to go for it then hey man more power to you...

but I would not get involved in that kind of relationship unless I am willing to own up to the responsibilities of a dad.... right of the bat

Pretty funny. But I think if you're talking casual dating, I think most men would do it if they like the woman. But if you're talking longer term relationships, much more difficult to say because there are so many variables.

i guess its all different... like lets say, you meet a girl and you get along starts to some what date and then you find out that the girl has a child, if you really liked the girl i guess you would still date her but if she lied to u from the begining... then i guess some people wouldnt date her just cuz of the fact that she lied? theres so many possibility and situation.... but umm to put it simplle, if it was me i would maybe depends on how nice the girl is

If someone were to have asked me this question a few years ago my answer would of probably have been NO. Granted my bf at the time had a child but she was out of state. So out of state out of mind:( I've matured so much since then. And the truth is it probably is usully easier to date a man with a kid vs. a woman for the simple fact that most men don't have full custody of their kids.

I'm not closed-minded about it. But then again i'm a mom myself so......:D

:Werd I think the priorities of a single mother are 180degrees opposite of a young guy's priorities/interests. I want my time, money, and energy going towards my interests...work, house, cars, bikes, etc. Some fellas can probably juggle everything AND deal with a single mother/instant family situation, but not me. I've seen a couple of friends date single mothers, and if they're happy, then great, but those guys have had to give up the things they wanted(things I can still afford), for the things that their new *family* needs. If I end up with a family of my own, I'd want the kids to be my own also. Call me old-fashioned...That's just the way I see it. Like Black240 said, "hey man more power to you"

I think it would depend for me. I would not really want to date a girl that already had a kid cause ideally I would only want to raise kids that I procreated myself but I mean if the girl seemed to be everything that I wanted in a girl I wouldn't pass her by if she had a kid ya know. However it doesn't make things a lot more difficult cause she wouldn't be able to just go out on a whim. Traveling anywhere would be more difficult. That and you may have to pick up babysitting duties for a while but like I said if it is the right girl I think it would be worth it but she would have to be real special and named Charlize Theron or Martina McBride ;)

I personally wouldn't date a guy with kids. I don't even want kids of my own - ever. So no, I wouldn't take on someone else's either.

maybe!

1 shes a MILF2 she has a Fu*k Throphy

how old are the kids is important too, and if shes a good mother, this girl i knew had one 2yrld total brat and she was a horibble mother, she would lock herself in the bathroom and talk on the phone while the kid was crying and trying to get in, the kid is surely to be a criminal and traumatized for life, that and we chased him around with scary masks and baseball bats a few times !

It cant hurt to try. No one says just cause you go out on a few dates your now "daddy". I say try going out a few times, if you decide you really like the girl, then start thinking about the long term picture, and wether or not you want to be a step parent.

i would date a guy witha child. i mean sometimes relationships and marriages just don't work out and its not the childs fault. childern need someone to look up to and someone that can teach them wrong from right. if you can do that fo that child and you really love its mom or dad then go fot it!!

I would date a woman with a kid, but it depends on how good of a parent she is. That says alot.
