i went right for the driver... he locked the doors and started yelling this is his friend jakes car.. for some odd reason i did'nt hear him.. i just wanted blood. i pulled the door but he locked it.. i punched threw the window.. and he started to jump over to the passenger door.. breaking my laptop table(grr) and opened the door. by the time he had the door open an inch i was already on the other side, he closed it on my hand and i threw the door open.. i grabbed his by his hair and pulled as hard as i can and feel back on my *** with a clump of hair on in my fist.. i got up and grabbed the door which he did'nt lock and grabbed him as he started to turn to the drivers door. I had him by the arm and side and pulled him out, he was a 19, about 160, i'm 23, anger as all hell and 250(chubby kids own). when he was on the ground i started punching him in the face over and over. I feel no reguard. He now resides in boston medical with a fractured skull.

The disgusting part is i was arrested. I could face 2 years. I was sent on bail for 2,500. This is complete bull**** and i have lost ALL respect for the american justice system. This car is my life, and i have ignored all other facets of life besides building my car. His friend is still missing but they know his name/address. The driver has a felony warrent for argervated assault or something..

I'm going to be starting a massive compaign againts this, i will be scanning all info and uploading it to a website dedcated to this. I will not stand by helpess as i am raped of all my joy. If someone if taking your passion, you deserve the right to fight back.. a child, a lover, a car it's all a matter of how much you invested into that item.

I will keep everyone updated. Please pray with my that he dies. Also if the lawyer, d.a, police, judge(no disrepect) reads this, please suck my ****, suck it until i'm blue in the face you ****ing worthless injustice ****ing bastards.

he beat a guy to near death. sorry, but that is assault and battery (the guy in the car was probably definitely fearing for his life). But on the flip side of the coin, he was protecting his property, so he'll probably use that as his defense. But the guy was fleeing, so he may not get off on self defense. I can understand why he was arrested, but at the same time, I sympathize with the crazy bastard.

Edit: Well, I'm not sure I would break his skull because that's pretty messed up and takes alot of hitting, but he'd definitely be in serious pain. For weeks. Maybe a rib or two. And his jaw. Actually, I just read most of that thread...it seems it was all made up So lets turn this one into a hypothetical, would you beat someone who was stealing your car? I know I would, and I'd enjoy doing it at the time too. Of course, it'd also be tempting to just lightly rough them up, then tie them to a stoplight naked so people could laugh and throw things at them, that would amuse me as well. If this was real, I can totally understand. I have a DEEP hatred for theives. I would do the same thing. Messing with someone else's car is just wrong In my book. I sypathise with the guy. I don't know If i could beat someones skull in, but they would get an *** whoopin they would not forget. If he actually wanted the kid to die, and he eventually did die, he'd be in a hell of a lot of trouble with the law.

I'd kick his ***, but [hopefully] I'd still be careful. I'm definitely not the fighting type, but I won't take it IDB either.

Yeah, I gotta agree. I tend to bottle crap up too. I'm probably the most calm person ever until you **** with something I care deeply about, then you're screwed. Note, the kid was a couple years younger than them. Anyway, the cops show up and they get a fine or some crap and the kid gets squat! grrr...
