You claim you need it everyday, hell how much better are you going to feel driving your car legally? I bet you look over your shoulder and get worried everytime you get in your car.
Unless you plan on going through life without it, just get it done and you would not have to put up with people harping you on poor decisions.
Get'r done!
already checked a couple of places there all around the same price cheapest was $450Jdmstyles wrote:Not all driving schools cost the same. Do some research and put in some effort to find cheap ones. Some even have options to put down payments etc.
Assuming that you live in New York since your info says so, drivers ed shouldnt cost $500. I live in California where the standards are probably higher in terms of transportation issues, and my full payment for the class was only $215.
Get a license, you will one day regret not having one believe me.
Heck, getting a license is one of the biggest accomplishments that a teen can achieve. More or less im your age as well. Get your nuts together
if that happened to me my title wouldnt be worst night ever it would be "im f***ed"93240cooool wrote:even being 17 and having that happen shouldnt be the worst night ever. ive had worse days then this. which includes sitting in my friends car getting 5 feet of air then sliding into a telephone poll and getting a broken leg, there are worse things to be upset about then a car that doesnt run, seriously.
yeah i was pretty f***ed, accident happened on January 20th and i just got the cast off and started driving again. it sucked alot. but if i were you i would get my license, just because your a good driver doesnt mean everyone else is, and if something happens and they have your license and you don't YOU get f***ed over.EG240SX wrote:if that happened to me my title wouldnt be worst night ever it would be "im f***ed"

You could have a broken temperature housing - same thing happened to me a couple months ago.EG240SX wrote:Well I'm at the mall with my friends and we decide to go see Watchmen. We run out, jump into my car and speed to the movies thats about 15 min. away. Movie started and it was sold out so we decide to go to another movie theater *close to the mall we just left another 15 min drive* to see if they had any good movies playing yet. On our way there, were laughing, joking around like normal teens untill I stop at a red light. My brake, oil, and battery light go on and the car wont go. I turn the car off and start it again and its fine. Drive it a bit more untill the next red light and it happened again, but this time the car wouldn't go more than 15 MPH. I put my emergency lights on and drive hoping i could make it to the movies *which was like no more than half a mile away*. Car stops on my way there and I pull over to the side of the road and try the little trick again but this time it wouldnt start. Tried turning it on again and I noticed smoke coming from under my hood. Open the hood and hear the sizzling from the radiator. Decided to maybe wait it out and along comes a good samaritan. Kid trys opening the radiator while its steaming, I don't know but I thought everyone knew those when hot build up a lot of pressure, hence the sticker on the cap with the warning. After 5 min along comes a cop, and I dont have a license. Cop calls a tow truck and while im in my trunk getting my jump starter, I hear WOAH look and see antifreeze everywhere. Couldn't believe what happened, to bring this story to an end, $175 later here I am, with a car that doesn't run. Anyone know what I should do? Planning on taking out the SOHC for a DOHC KA, so quick question would the same wire harnesses work with both engines?
