Matrix revolutions. I'm still in therapy trying to expunge the memory of that stinker. I would have to say any movie with a singer or rapper as a pivotal character is highly suspect.

Now Will Smith Raps, and he is a great actor. Unless you count Wild Wild West. I thought that movie sucked pretty bad, but not everyone agreed with me.

In his defense he is a crappy rapper. Maybe he was an actor rapping, aha!

Where I said TinCup, I meant Bull Durham, but I'm not sure it really makes that much difference, Any Given Sunday is still real bad.

Sorry, but Matrix Revolutions doesn't even hold a candle to "Torque" on the Bad-o-Meter.

Sure, I found Revolutions disappointing but at least it was visually interesting.

I had the misfortune to see Torque last night on HBO. I decided to watch it with the Closed Captioning on while listening to my iPod.

The "story" and dialogue were ridiculous, but worst of all...the action parts weren't even entertaining. Most of the motorcycle stunts were just stupid to look at OR were some of the worst CGI I can remember seeing on a recent movie.

Fast and Furious, as much as I hate to say it, was MUCH better than Torque and that is truly sad.

Wow, I've never seen Torque, but by that analogy, it must be aweful.

well for me Torque does not bring the bile to the back of my throat. In it's defense Torque looks as bad as it is in the previews so I do not feel cheated. Kind of like F&F, I know going in that I can expect p0rn movie caliber dialog without the moneyshots. Matrix on the other hand was effectively marketed and the first one was good so I went to see reloaded. It sucked, I remained faithful that when taken into context with Revolutions it would all make sense. IT DIDN'T!!!! and that is the trouble, it sucked and it promised not to suck. Torque promised to suck and it was true to it's word so it gets points for honesty.

Moneyshots certainly would have helped. And I liked all of the Matrix movies... but I'm nerdy like that.

Was "A nightmare on my street" Will Smith's??? Couldnt rememebr that far back.

And gangster rap is where it's at. I thought we were bashing movies, not rappers. But Ja Rule sucks!!!!!!!!

Public Enemy owns you. Gansta rap is the rap eqivalent of Death metal, repetitive and stupid. Give me something creative and meaningful, uh "or I'll put a cap in yo azz foshizzle"

LL Cool J. He was a rapper, before he started singing what ever you call what he does now.

And he is a good actor. LL Cool J, "I'm Bad," kicked butt, back in the day.

I liked his part in that shark movie. The movie it's self sucked, but his part was pretty good. Then the shark ate his bird.

Torque was crap, but unlike the Fast and the Furious it had ICE CUBE!!! Granted he has made some horrible movies. Including this one, but i just can't hate him. All about the benjamins was amusing, and Boys in the Hood is one of my favorite movies.

Okay, here is another one. Ice T in Surviving the Game. That was a pretty decent movie.

And does anyone else think it is strange that he plays a cop on TV and was once boycotted by every law enforcment officer in America for his song Cop Killer?
