I think I can hear that CRX (if it ever was a CRX) weeping. That guy and his friends who let him commit that crime all deserve a severe beating.

I would be embarressed to own that car. For all the money he out into the "looks," I bet he could have it running pretty fast if he had put it towards the engine.

Actually Ive seen pics of the engine and someone apparently identified it as a turbo JUN motor. Dunno how true that is but considering that hes dumped so much money into the rest of the car I wouldnt doubt it too much...

Well, I wouldn't call it the "world's worst ricer," because it has a turbo (or by the looks of an intercooler, it does). Ricers don't own fast cars. He's definitely a ricer, just not the biggest one in the world. The 240 w/ the firebird hood, fake dual exhaust painted bright green was the world's biggest ricer. I've got the pic, but I don't have it hosted.

so since i have turbo on my 240sx i can put a bmw grille a set up supra lights and mercedes headlights and a roof scoupe from somthing else and since i have a turbo intercooled im not a ricer? oh common thats just dumb, a ricer is a ricer no matter how fast they make their car,

and god should kill alot more then kittens when people do that to CRX's

no IMO the definition of a ricer is a person that tries to achieve attention by using as little money as possible

ie:cutting springshome made aluminum wings and side skirtsvarious incoherent words painted over the car4 sets of fog lights on a car thats driven in the city

also representing various aspects of the car that you dont have, such as sticking a v-tec sticker when you dont, or putting a 4" mufler on a 1" pipe...

hoodscoops that create drag, single wiper conversions.

thats a ricer

the person in that pick took apart a whole merc just to get what he wanted

i agree it wasnt done very well, paint is kind of flat and overall could have been better if he had a second opinion, but by no means is it a stupid idea.

on the track, if you can run 9 seconds, i dont care if your car is painted brown and had every single emblem known to man on it and HON DUH written in big orange letters on the backi, 9 seconds is 9 seconds.

You know even nice cars can get f'd up too.......At the import megashow last year a guy had a beutiful 3rd gen Rx7 ........motor, interior, and paint were as perfect as Ive seen...........

Then he used POP RIVETS to put the side veilside skirts on!!!!!

I admire all the work that went into it. And hey, its a show car, and what do show cars do? They get attention, and look at all the attention this car is getting.

However, does it look weird and do taillights on the bumber look stupid? Yes.

ugliest pos ive ever seen. i mean i know the guy spent a lot of money time and effort into that car and the work is probably worth 5grand atleast if not more but still. my comments on the car : get a paint job, take off hood, take off wide flares, get the supra tails from the bumper to the proper place, and probably convert the front to a jdm integra. anyone agree????

I'd agree that the bodywork is extensive, but poorly executed, and very ugly. No smooth lines, no overall context of shape and no "purpose". That is as ugly of a car as I have seen. A real joke, and not worth the flat black spray paint he wasted on the uneven body panels. Some people just do not see the beauty of original equipment.
