Ok i started thinking about this, i took the throttle body off my ka, and put it on the ca but i used the ca TPS because it had both plugs on it as opposed to the ka having one... is there an adjustment on that, that could be causing it not to start? And how hard is it to pull the injectors because if it involves taking off the plenum im NOT doing.

the Tps won't cause the car not to start, it will cause it to ideal a bit rough, try using the quick start fluid before you remove your injectors, and the injectors aren't that hard to remove, no you don't have to remove the plenum, just take a look on the fuel rail, there are couple 12mm bolts, you remove them, and pull the rail upwards and then pull the injectors out.

good luck,

Well i had a guy from finish line come over and take a look and i probly should have mentioned this before, but i dont have an intake or anything hooked up, no IC or anything just straight throttle body in open air. He said it would not run without and intake pipe from the turbo going through the maf... i didnt think you need to have it as long as the maf is plugged in but he said otherwise. Any opinions? I get my IC tuesday so ill hook it up and see but after i ran ECU mode 3, it said i had a knock sensor fault (probly not wired) and a TPS fault which i dont konw why on that one....

Well i finaly got it started. The problem i think is clogged injectors because starting fluid got it to run for a couple seconds then it would die. So im going to pull them out and soak them in starting fluid or gas or something.

do a self diagnostic to see what codes you get from your ECU

Ya, these injectors are known for glogging if the engine sits for a while without starting, starter fluid trick always works, when ever you got a spark and air.
