i can't believe i haven't posted to this thread already...

I guess it would be safe to say that such a generalization is wrong. there are ALWAYS exceptions to the so-called 'rules' a mindset like that will get your buddy in a lot of trouble Ryno. :D

i don't mind getting dirty at all. and i'm not too concerned about getting bruised or scraped. i got scars on my hands and arms to show for it. but i don't really work on my car. except for cleaning the throttle body that one time. i do, however, detail/handwash my own car like a professional. i would be out in my driveway for HOURS, my neighbors are envious, and i washed my aunt's Sienna once, years ago, and they said it was like brand-new.

I took one semester/marking period (high school) of Auto Tech, i wasn't the only girl in there. but i was one of the few who actually touched stuff and changed a tire and what-not instead of flirting with the immature guys in there. but yeah. i wish i could take auto tech classes again. i want to learn more.

I've never took a auto class but I like to take another trades again. Hmmm gives me idea. I might just get this degree, move, find a good job, and take a couple courses on auto stuff for the fun of it. Learn a few things than i know now. I havent actually changed the tire but I help once jack up the car when i was smaller. When i help my aunt in tobacco, you have to pack it in bells and we used an old jack and jack it down and tie the ropes around it and such.

I've cleaned my car, hand wash it, I take care of my car better than my room :pface

Hey Sky, I got out there in 20 degree weather washing salt off my car and neighbors go in and out looking at me like i was nuts, but hey my car looked 20x better than their "salt" car. First day I got it i was out in the rain (not hard falling rain) with a bucket cleaning it.

The next car I soon to get I will do the same thing if it needs it. Give it a scrub down. Go to my grannys and use her hose pipe and stuff and really clean it up.

I thought about unscrewing my cover over the plugs and cleaning it up better from where oil was left over in the corners. I'm 5'3 and I got in the back of my trunk of my car trying to get this computer one time to fit to take it home with me at the time and I told mom to move, hop in the car and pulled it down in the back seats that I folded down. Yes I got it to fit just fine.

Pays off to be 5'3 sometimes. :pface Still like to change the plugs if it will stop Raining! or Snowing! lol

i'm about the same height too!! agh! it's cool though, i can fit into a coupe's backseat easily! with no complaints. even leg room is all right. my car is a little tight though. but not too shabby. the car is actually kind of big for me. hard to get a really good seated position without having one knee more bent than the other. it's annoying at times. i want a corbeau seat. woowoo!
