Wiring up consult port????

I have the write-up on how to wire the engine harness up, but how do I hook up the consult port?? I guess I'm missing something...........I have an S13 redtop in my S14 chasis. The motor is wired up just fine..........

the S13 motor is OBD1, it cannot be connected to the consult port, thats what the little blinky light is for

You can hook it up in a '95 as they are OBDI also. You just need some pinouts from a better equipt member. If I recall from when I bothered to look at it. Its only 4 wires, Tx Rx Power and ground methinks.

my car is a 95 and it was obd2 till I did the swap, what do you need a consult port for anyway, thats what the blinkey light is for

The consult port is nice to have, if you are like me and have a 98 typex SR that doesn't have the blinking light on the ECU. I have some diagrams at home I will post later. If you don't have the plug you can pull one from a newer nissan. I grabbed mine from a newer altima.

so none of the wires on the F3 plug from the body side go into the consult port?? Or are the three ecu wires you mention the ones on the F3 plug???I have those colors on my F3 plug, thogh they are different pin numbers, they do say consult port on them. Also, are those pin numbers from your Kouki or for my 95 (Zenki)?? I appreciate the help.
