I recieved an e-mail from Yuri today about the progress they are making. It sounds like they have a a prototype harness completed but are having troubles with the factory. Sounds like they are at the final stages and just need to find a place that will meet the budget needs they have to produce them and have them for sale to all of us CA owners.

How many people would be interested in buying a new harness?

Not to be discouraging, but this has been dragging for quite some time. I honestly think buying an engine transmission for cheap and buying an entry level aftermarket engine management system would've been best. Trying to reproduce the factory harness is kinda primitive and taking new CA owners back to the days of troublesome electronics issues. I would like to see more of you guys enjoy the engine instead of being frustrated whilst attempting to make it run correctly.

I have been holding off on getting a harness until they've finished. I'm 100% sure I will be buying one. Even if their more troublesome than a management system, still beats the old stock harnesses.

why would it be more troublesome than an aftermarket system.
wouldnt it just be -swap out old harness, plug in new harnesss, good to go?

Yup, but I was referring to what Dee said. Other than the initial install, the management system would be less hassle. Even if the harness is new there's still the possibility that you'll have to chase wiring issues down.
