Before you open it up, e-mail me because I have a question to ask you about how yours was originally assembled. I just need an answer for my own personal sanity.

And for the record, swapping out the internals from my good pump including the o-rings, front main seal, and pulley with shaft stopped the leaking and subsequent bubbling/foaming. Now the power steering pumps fluid around, but it isn't making pressure. The high pressure line is leaking a tad, but I am hoping it starts to work again when I mitigate that.

Next on the list is the LS2 project, but that will take some drafting time on ACAD to figure out a good layout.

Fabricated a bracket last night and some isolators to help dampen the coils. New plug wires and wiring harness materials are arriving tonight.

Thanks guys. The best part is that it gets rid of the OEM ignitor/power transistor unit.

With that said I have 3 RB25 Series 1 ignitors for sale $50 each
