windows and doors

so im not quite sure what the problem is or technical term for it but my windows on my '90 coupe 240, when they are put up all the way they are farther up then the door frame and if i close my door like that then they will shoot out the side with a giant gap and so i am afraid it might bust out the window one day if one of my buddies slams the door to hard.heres some pics.

i have a general idea of how to possibly fix it from reading other posts but my 1st and biggest problem... how the hell do i get the door panel off???

ive looked all around the door and cant find any screws attached to the plastic. i need to get that off to get to the window and also the locks once i fix those.

and one other small problem, when i spray the window washin fluid on the windshield, the right one hits the right side of the windhsielf perfectly. but as for the left drivers side... when i turn it on, it shoots it right over the car and hits the car to my left, behind me, and me n my buddies through the sun roof. needless to say they get pretty pissed off.

Door Panel Removal: zerothread/253736

That's for power windows/doorlocks etc. If you have manual windows there will be a little clip on the handle that you need to remove to get it off.

As for the windows there are bolts on each window that you can loosen to adjust them, fairly noticeable once you get the panel off.

panels been off. still cant figure out it. to many bolts
