Hey, I remember seeing your post a while back with your Moda MD2's... I was wondering if you had the pictures posted (More pictures) on say flickr or picasa or something. I was looking at those exact wheels months before you posted your original post, and taxes are in, and am seriously thinking about taking the plunge... 1300+ with tires, mounting etc is a good chunk of change, I just want to be 100% sure.

Your car looks pretty legit, I'm not a coupe guy myself, but I'd have to say, with those wheels, I'd own it:)

I asked him about his wheels as well when I saw them in the signature a while ago. I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for since you know the brand name and model number so you can find tons of pics online or even use the TireRack website to get a preview on your car model and color etc.

Here is his original thread about the wheels with some more close-up photos also from the side to show how flush they sit with the chassis: zerothread/290231

Hope that helps!

Hey man you can get 4 19" tires delivered from ebay for 475... other than that... 19"s will crush the wallet

When I configured it all together on the TireRack website it came out at exactly $1,998 before shipping and handling.. 4 19" Moda M2 wheels + 4 Bridgestone tires + tire pressure monitoring system sensor stuff and balancing the wheels. I think I could get it a little cheaper from my local tire dealer, but I won't be shocked if the price is in that range.

However, I want to do the Nismo cat-back exhaust first so the wheels will have to wait And part of me wants to be reasonable (LOL!) and wait until my tires have been used enough and I need new tires anyway, which would probably be some time next year..

Who am I kidding, we all know I won't wait that long

OK, here we go. Not sure all of what you wanted to see so here goes, apologies for the download times.....

In no particular order, here are the close ups of the wheels:

As for different aspects of the offset:

Notice that on the offset pics that the Wheel facia actually sticks out past the tire (no automated car washes). I put on 245/35/19 at the suggestion of tire rack.com, I would recommend going 255-265/40/19 instead, both to bring out the tire and increase the diameter a bit, they look a bit short for me.

Hope this helps, drop a line if you have more questions......

I'm still not sure what size tires I'll be going with, I'll definitely post it here once I figured it out.

I live in an area with a lot of people with really fancy cars (Ferraris, Lambos, Maserati etc.) so there is this one car wash down the street where I should be able to get it done without any scratches to the wheels or any other part of the car. It sometimes feels funny to go there with my Altima, but my money is as good as those rich dudes money, so why not

Hey Wind,

I know this is off topic, but I was wondering how much you paid to get your Stillen rear wing painted?

Oside,

Sorry to say that the rear wing isn't a Stillen, it's an aftermarket I found on eBay, about $ 166 already painted.

Thx Wind, was it Urethane? You said that your spoiler required drilling, I ordered the Stillen (it's urethane, and has double sided tape on the bottom, no drilling required). I'm just curious, cuz it looks alot like the Stillen rear deck wing.

Oside,

The spoiler I have is a hard foam and fiberglass composit from what I can tell.

It also had double-sided tape, but based on experiences i've had I chose to do both the tape and the drill methods.

The instructions that came with my wing included both the hardware and the instructions for both.

Sweet. Thanks for all the info. I had mine installed today. I will take pics as soon as I get my new rims with the Eibachs installed.
