Will this electrin fan setup work?

My dad has this electric fan setup he was going to use on his 502 but never ended up using it so I wanted to throw it on my car. I wanted to make sure it wasn't overkill. Not sure about the 50amp draw and how that works.

As long as it fits on the radiator, and you use something to control them, you should be fine. Make sure to run low gauge wire, those will draw a lot of power. Something to thin may burn out.

i used 8 gauge amp wire to my three fans, 2 for the rad and on inbetween the intercooler n oil cooler, mite be over kill for this one but never hurts to be safe!

4000CFM! That's way more than enough and may actually fit on the radiator. for overkill!

Ya it actually fits on the radiator with room to spare, just picked up a new koyo so this will be a nice addition. Thanks for the info guys now its off to get some relays and wire.

It certainly is.

I switched to altima fans and I feel really... really good about it.

I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Only problem is you're going to have to find out how deliver 50A of current to the fans, unless you get the DIF PWM unit.

I am just planning on running each fan off its own 30amp relay with a 25amp inline fuse. So almost the same thing as that controller i think.
