Looks like I am no longer happy with the ease of the AT FWD "monster" anymore. After attending the indy meet and witnessing bill and rubin drift for the first time I want to get rid of my altima for a 240sx. I want a hatch and preferably a 91-93 since I don't like the E engine at all. 5 speed is a neccessity as well as no rust as I will have to drive this car thru college since I am a senior in high school this year.

Welcome to the club! A RWD car gives you that awesome, secure "locked in" feel around corners. Plus, its fun to spin about if youre in a safe place to do it.

We found out how fun it was in Indy. Of course we weren't the ones driving, but hey we watched it all. Good luck on your search for a 240. The s13's are pretty easy to come by. :thumbup

I love the looks of a s13 coupe and obviously one of them would be alot cheaper than an s14.

Bill changed my too. I met bill because he was my friends brother and i was driving a civic. When i went driving with him in his AE86 i was hooked on rwd and drifing and finding the cheapest way of making things work. He began telling me about his 180sx in japan and i set out to buy a 240sx. Now I have two 240 hatches. Nick

the plan is to pay cash for the 240, hopefully find one with a straight body ie. no rust or outer defects and driveable for a few months atleast. I'm gonna sell my altima outright and hope to get 4500 ballpark out of it and take the 240 to afterdark, since its only a small jaunt from here, and transport the ever popular SR into it for a little fun

You folks and your hating on the coupes. Can't we all get along. I mean I know you hunch backs... I mean hatch backs are just jealous anyways. j/k:D

I think you ALL have s14 envy!!!

We get all the looks... I mean... if you're gonna buy an under-powered sports car... it might as well LOOK good at least!

The dichotomy is perplexing. I love ALL 240's. I can't wait until mine gets modded heavily...

I figured out the reason behind all of you having over 3,000 posts and such. Every single thread I see there are atleast 5 people in every one that posts something totally off topic and probably not even relavant to cars. And usually those 5 people end up being the same people every time.

Either that, or the fact we've been on the site for over a year. Heck, look at you....just joined last month and have over 100 posts.
