I personally believe that rwd is better for launching than AWD. All the AWD guys are afraid of breaking something in their Drivetrain so they baby it out of the hole. RWD with slicks is the best possibly combination for straight line acceleration IMO

None of my posts are off topic for most of the time. I usually have something relevant to say.

The S14's having rust problems yet, or just S13's?

Bring it. I'll set it up so that we run out at Putnam Park (a 10 turn road course, 1.75 miles in length). You may then attempt to show me your taillights. :D

Or were you talking about a drag race? I'm assuming you're basing this on our outing at IRP during the June Indy meet. I will be more than happy to accomodate you on this as soon as I get my compression figures back to factory spec. I did a compression test and was at 135 125 135 135 when it should have been more like 165-170 across the board. That is why my car is slow in a straight line, not because of an inability to drive on my part. ;) But really, that's not unreasonable with almost 200k on the odo.

My last 240 ran a 15.8 with just intake and exhaust. And that was with my subs, amp and toolbox in the trunk.

Hahahaha, I wish it was mine. :( I did a Google search and put the coolest 240SX I could find in my signature. :D

I haven't even purchased a 240SX yet, but am looking for one. Hopefully my car comes out as well as his did. :)

Yeah, I like that body style. I'm going to try to find a high mileage one that's been cosmetically babied, as I want to do an SR20DET swap.
