ok this is wierd... so i just put in my redtop sr. it was running fine with open downpipe for a few days then i put the exhaust on. a couple miles down the road it began to cut out when i got on the gas. after looking around under the hood for a few minutes i found that the nipple coming off the wastgate had broken off and the hose was just dangling. after JB welding it back on the problem had stopped. a couple hours later i went for a drive and it was happening again but the jb was holding up, no leak. basically heres what happens, if i drive without stepping on it itll drive fine, idle fine and pretty much run perfect. As soon as i step on it it sputters. the wierdest part is, it does it the worst in 1st gear, a little less in 2nd and by 5th it barely does it. I have no boost controller but its boosting around 12psi. I have checked so many things but still cant figure it out maybe there is something i have forgot. the fuel pressure is fine, there seems to be no leaks in the vaccum lines, i tried 2 different sets of spark plugs (no change). what else can i do???

stock redtop boost is 7.5 PSI your wastgate actuator may be bad, what other mods do you have

What do you have your plugs gapped to and do you have an adjustable fpr? Is there any cracks in the vacuum line going t the fpr?
