quick question, I've searched and have an educated guess but want to make sure...

does a stock sr20 redtop come with narrowband o2 sensors?

I found an air/fuel gauge and it says it plugs right into your narrowband o2 sensor and i've found ones for wideband too. i dont want to buy the wrong one.

im new to the whole sr and tuning world so im learning

Your factory o2 sensor is a narrow band, you can plug a narrow band gauge into it, but it wont tell you much, narrow band gauges are useless. If you get a wideband sensor you will need a wideband controller to convert the signal.

That's not true! They make great light shows!

Everyone loves a light show! haha Wideband all the way... the narrow bands barely work on the SR's, it was always a toss-up whether it work or not on my car. Another option is getting a Lambda Wideband sensor/converter and use the narrow band gauge.

I have a narrow band!! But mine doesn't do all the nice dancing with the lights, just says I'm running rich But definitly get a wideband, especially if you plan to tune. If not then theres no need for either.
