why did the dealer armor all my brake pedal?

went to the infiniti dealer to get my used ebay i-keys programmed, forgot to tell them not to wash it. actually i went to nissan first because they're closer but they said they can't program infiniti keys.

my foot was slipping everywhere on the drive home, they also put armor all on the new tires i had mounted earlier that day. dealer called today for follow up so i complained about the slippery pedal and long wait for car wash, dunno if i'll get an official survey thing since she implied it would be through email and i didn't give them my email address.


i also put T rated tires on my fx instead of H like it originally came with

Particularly on a heavy car like the FX! The tire will break down internally (invisibly) very quickly and be unsafe at any speed ...

It probably wasnt armor all on the pedal.

More likely, the tech had oil on his boot, and transferred it do the pedal.
