I'm familar with the 20g turbo, I use to own a DSM turbo and alot of High performance DSM engine's use the 20g.. It's a huge turbo, not exactly great for the street because of it's huge turbo lag. I'm not sure if it's the same design as the Mitsubishi 20g or if it's just a hybrid that greddy usually designs for thier turbo kit's. But I know that the Mitsu 20g is capable of around 28psi. Oh yea will this kit fit the 91-94 240sx ka24DE engine's????

this is very intriguing... I'll have to consider this once it gets CARB approved.

You want info on the status of the kit or on ordering the kit? The kit is reportedly out. A local store (Tampa, FL) has sold a few of them.

Maybe you are like me and want to see a dyno chart and a picture of the actual components that will come with the kits. If anyone has this info please post it. :)

Yeah, as with all new kits, there's always the possibility of fitment and quality issues. I would have taken the gamble and pre-order the kit, but I bought this instead.

Nice TV. I purchased a digital projecter instead of a plasma screen. You can get one for much less money. A good projector goes for around $800.

why dont you just put your credit card on paypal as the primary and charge it that way? then it would be going through them both for the payment? or am i missing something fundamentally important about the whole paypal process?

Because it's easier to deal with your credit card company and the merchant DIRECTLY than to deal with paypal, your credit card company, and the merchant if something goes wrong. Paypal isn't an escort service, it's a service that allows instant cash exchange between two parties.

Fortunately for me, I never had to deal with paypal to recover funds, but I could imagine it to be a nightmarish process. By clicking on SEND MONEY, you agree to paypal's fine print and such, and that you agree to allow paypal to deduct $xxxx amount of dollars from your account. Paypal then sends that money to the merchant. Merchant never sends you item. YOu call your credit card company to reverse the charge, paypal shows them the receipt showing that you allowed them to place that charge, etc etc... so then you end up dealing with paypal instead of your credit card company. Kapisch?

I've actually been there, done that with reversing 4100 dollars of charges through paypal with Visa...it's STILL getting worked out after like 3 or 4 months. Visa looks at the case, then paypal looks at the case...and then I dont know what because paypal just finished looking at it but wont tell me what they found so now I have to call Visa again. It's a pain in the *** but you CAN still reverse the charges.

Damnit....well It looks like a pretty good kit to me. Thats gonna give me some serious competition when I get back. Oh well, I'll have to have my kits start out at closer to 300hp. I do like the emanage, I've personally never tuned one, but hear its fairly simple.

Man, I was hoping no one would be in my price range for turbo kits. Especially someone big like Greddy...

Nope, no site as of yet guys, its hard to put up a site with any details since I'm still in Japan. I don't get back to AZ till December. I already have a house picked out so I can go to work right away on the turbo kits as soon as I get home. I already have all my suppliers lined up, its just a matter of fabbing up the parts IE the manifold and IC piping. The Fuel part I have pretty much figured out, I just need to install all the parts and dyno tune my car so I'll be able to say what the kits will do.

So as not to hijack this thread. There are a few existing threads already about my kits and bussiness. But the Greddy kit is still a nice kit, If I weren't skilled enough to fab my own stuff, then I'd buy the Greddy kit.

Has anyone addressed the reliablility of these kits? I don't want to have to replace something every 5K miles on my car once I turbo it. My KA seems to be in great condition, but it does have around 90K miles on it.

I wouldn't worry a ton about high mileage, unless your going for big boost. I've boosted up many a motor with way to many miles on it. One of my last RB20's had close to 250,000 by the time I destroyed it. Thats the great thing about stock motors, a few hundred dollars later and your back in the saddle boosting away. You start blowing forged internals and things get expensive quick.

Hey WD! Would you also be making any turbo kits for Nissans other than the 240

Yep, but I will be doing the 240's first. All other I'll need the car in the shop for about 2 weeks for all the fabrication. Atleast for the first kit so I can have a baseline for all my kits. The only real hard part is plumbing.

Might want to go with the supercharger. I'd need your car in the shop for awhile to build that kit. V's are a ***** and the Maxima has no room to work so the motor will need to come out.

No prob. I might have another vehicle by thenso leaving the Max in AZ might not be a problem. My cousin probably wouldnt mind the drive. If I do go with a super charger then what companies offer them besides Stillen. Any sites would be helpful. If I get a 240 as a second car then Ill probably get your kit. Thanks.

Hey jdmfreak03, you might want to give this man a yell....

Not sure if he'll install any more kits, but it obviously works.

I don't plan on making huge power. I simply want about 250rwhp or more and run about 13s in the 1/4. Hurry up and make these kits man! :) Also do you plan to start with the S13 or S14 kit first? I recommend the S14 be your top priority.:D
