Auto's are the shiznit when it comes to drag man. I hate switching gears in a manual at the track. Only thing manual is good for is drift.. Which I'm starting to get away from.
Wroooooong.Drag - auto wins.Track - manual wins.LA traffic - meh, after a long day, auto wins. But i still drive, and will drive manual. :D

Explain, discus
Your fuel pressure needs to raise the same amount that the boost pressure raises in the manifold, or you will effectively be trying to force fuel back up through the injector and lowering the amount of fuel you get our of the injector per duty cycle.

Higher ratio fuel pressure regulators take greater advantage of the the fact then when you raised the fuel pressure throught the injector you will get more fuel flow. There is a calculation for this, which you would easily be able to find on the internet.

This calculation DOES NOT apply to cars running a 1:1 regulator in a boosted car. When you are matching the pressure increase in the manifold, there is no extra fuel flow, only the same flow as you would have in a non boosted car at a static fuel pressure.
