Helping out is one of the first aspects, and providing useful insightful information to members, or atleast pointing the way to it!

Think you have what it takes to cut the mustard?
Have no real knowledge, but the drive to learn?

Try to help out in the "unanswered threads" area... search.php?search_id=unanswered
This list and "first responders" are noted and marked for advancement typically, and spamming the forums with useless posts is going to get you farther from your goal.

Step up and lets see if we can get another AC owner on board! (p.s. just because you own an AC doesnt mean you have to work here, if you know a lot about Versa's etc that is just as valuable, if not MORE!)

If you need a part time moderator or a backup I would certainly be up for it. I have previous moderator experience on http://www.iexbeta.com/ (when it was around in the day, it's been failing for awhile haha). Moderated that for 2+ years.

I also did most of the news postings on the front page (again, when it was a proper site way back). I was on the news team.

What is required isnt really "altima coupe" stuff.... its a community, we all help in different areas... Having a "show car" isnt on the list...

Helping out by doing the things I mentioned above... furthering the NiCo community...
This is not application based, this is effort based... and I am one of over 30 staffers... show you care and want to have a positive impact on the community and it will be noticed...

When I became a moderator here, I didnt know anything at all, literally, but I was willing to do what I could to help!
Why is Carlisle something not to be missed for us Altima guys?

Because I pushed it nonstop for 8 months after i went in 08... and made it "our" time...
It went from 2 coupes in 08 (Shift_coupe, and myself), to like 16 in 09 and 20 in 2010...
From having coupes drive from CANADA, CHICAGO, FLORIDA, just to meet up and enjoy each others company.

2011 looks to be even bigger and better than before, hours of planning is going into making the Carlisle Experience you have all come to enjoy (or will this year)
I dont get paid to be a moderator, I get paid in good times and good company.

You can post here and say "im gonna do it LBC!" but actions speak louder than words, its gonna have to be someone in another section that says "XYZ from the altima section has been helping out, look at his recent posts"

ORGANIZATION is key, linking is key... helping others find the information they need...

Its always posted in Gen Section "welcome XYZ to the staff" and you get a cool @nicoclub.com email address, free access to NiCo events, and access beyond...

Im hoping that its an AC owner who gets added to the staff, but in the end its up to you, who WANTS to be a staff member? Stand up and be noticed!
