The only reason I'd use PM's is if I want to contact someone for something in the classifieds.

Otherwise I find them rather unrewarding, mostly for the same reason as before; if you want to ask/answer a question, post it publicly so everyone else can also benefit from it.

The majority has spoken. If this was an election, it would be considered a massive landslide by the opposition. Of course the minority has to make grand arguments because they are losing badly.
