Lyon23- Yeah I picked up the holset HX53 yesterday and Im waiting for this dude to come buy my integra this saturday.

But more about that tuner pro???? Ive searched the site and there isnt much info on this mod. Im all about rom editing and feel thats the best way to tune a car. Do you have any input on whipping the ecu and operating tuner pro?? I downloaded the program but none of the available bins load onto the program...

Ok I browes through the tuner pro program and it looks alot more complicated than what im use to(BRE and Crome). But as I do more research I may get a feel for it.

Check out Nistune for tuning. Also emutility is nice for using the romulator if you are using LiveEdit to change the bin. It loads the rom very quickly.

Do a search in the archives, Carl's setup and results are there.

When you you download Live Edit look for the config files for the rb20 open the file with notepad. Then download tuner pro and look for the 300zx xdf file. open the 300zx.xdf file and on the corresponding description right click and select edit item XDF info and enter the address shown on the notepad for the rb20(tuner pro first item is injector k value look at the rb20 config in the notepad for kvalu and enter that address and so on for the rest of the items that live edit provides). Then save it and make a new xdf for the rb20. The 300zx xdf has more options than the live edit but I do not kow where those values would be located on the rb20 but when you open them on tuner pro some numbers seem to make sence. One item in the 300zx.xdf file is an item called "unkown-parked rev limiter" and the item is set at 5100 rpm.. Can you say 2-step..

So what whp are the 444cc injectors go upto on an rb20? Also doesnt the n60 maf only support like 350whp? Wouldnt that be pushing it?

I also have thrown tomei poncams into the equation and went with a airresearch t3 turbo. It will probably be somewhere closer to 325 to the ground, and that will be about the limit of the injectors and maf

Nice, how much do the A-R (garret?) turbos run. I googled them and only came up with a few confusing posts about them. Also what boost level will you be running this t3 at?

They are on ebay quite often. It is the t3 off an svo with a .60 comp and .63 exhaust internally gated and I'm hoping fits in there pretty nice. I plan to run it around 18-20 psi.

Sent out the ecu today so I'll be putting on the turbo, new intercooler, and cams next week along with painting the spare engine covers I have to dress her up a bit.
