Just asking to ask. My best is 13.7 so i'm fairly sure you'd eat me alive even if you missed a gear. Actually make that two gears...:pface

I don't know about 8's but I saw an S13 run a 10.2 when i was in NY. Just wondering if he/she was on this board. I guess the "alpha male" is the fastest on here then.

I do know of 1 8 second 240 in the states. It is in NY, and it has a carburated 396 Chevy motor in it.It is an S13 that looks bone stock except for his tires.

Unfortunately, the car has fallen by the wayside and is no longer driven. I've been on the phone a lot recently with the owner trying to buy the car and get it back on the track.

BTW, my auto rarely misses a gear, and my best times are faster than what you've seen.

That must be the guy! The only thing that would have tipped someone off that the car was out of the ordinary were the massive drag slicks on the rear. I had no idea it could run 8's though.

Only a goof would run full out against someone who already said they run a 13.6 if they know they run faster. Sandbag it and hustle them :) gotta pay for that C16 somehow!

Sweet jesus man! How are you going to get traction? And once you do what have you done to the drive-train to keep it from turning into soup?

It's got a built TH700R4 transmission with a 3800RPM Torque Convertor, a Carbon Fiber Driveshaft, a RS200 Skyline rear end (LSD from an R32) with a Ford Locker from a mustang to make it all time posi, Nissan Motorsports 4.08 ring and pinion, and runs on 30x12.5x15 Mickey Thompson ET Drags for tires.

Culpeper. Just moved here from Ft. Pierce FL. Seems like a pretty nice quiet town, but MAN THERE IS NOTHING TO DO HERE (thus why it's 11:30 on a friday night and i'm sitting at my comp). I went to highschool here and nothing has changed lol. BTW, is there a 1/4 mile track around here or am i stuck running the 660 at Summer Duck?
