Jjust got an 02 QX4 and its got 80k miles. Hope it'll last a while. Right now, its great.

Have had the 2000 for a little bit with 126k miles and runs excellent and like new. Actually better than the 02 above if the rougher sounding VQ 3.5 is not normal.

170k miles on my '00. runs great and only recently did my first "routine wear/tear" replacement - alternator. thus far, everything i've had to fix/replace was directly related to my off roading.

We have 3 pathfinders, they all run strong, have had no problems for us. My parents own two, and I just joined by selling my Audi and buying my R50!

Our oldest pathy, the 95 Pathfinder WD21, has 45,000 miles on it. We bought it from this guy down the street who bought it new. We got it for our place in Cabo. I drove it down from Socal to the southern tip of baja without any problems.

I dont have a pic on my laptop of it, but when I get home ill upload one from my desktop.Stock pic:

The other pathfinder we own, is a 1999 Nissan Pathfinder LE, it has 67,500miles on it. When my folks decided to give my sis and me a change of culture and lifestyle we went for a year to Guadalajara, Mexico and lived there for a year back in 2000, and we bought this car. Now my aunt & her fiancé drive it for us, and when we go in the summer to visit family we drive it. I drove it to Puerto Vallarta back in december from Guadalajara (6hr drive) and it was very solid. But I must say, I missed the power of my 3.5L pathy at home, cuz that 3.3l felt like it lacked some.

Pathy number three, is mine.. I sold my 04 audi for this 03 pathy le. I got it for a steal, and got it with 80k. In the three months of ownership I put on 3k and now it has 83k and drives great!

128k miles, biggest problem so far was changing the coil packs and a power steering pump

195K and change on my 1998 LE.

No major engine issues other than the pulley going out several years ago.

Bought it used in early 2002 with 25K on her.

170k mi on my '00

the list of repairs is long-winded, but the only thing that has failed and is not directly related to wheeling it, is the alternator.

i beat the hell out of it off road, but so far no major failures, just accelerated wear/tear on routine maintenance items.

'01 Qx4 w/159k. Only major issue has been non-mechanical; replaced the lower control arm bushings (death sway) a few months ago...do need to get my rotors refinished as they are warped, but that's more general wear and tear.

I'm now up to 223,640 miles on my '01. My annual mileage has dropped way off since we have a place to stay in Monterey on the weekends and so only do one round trip a weekend instead of two. And it's about to drop off further as I'm about to inherit a cream puff '01 Camry with only 44K miles that will be my daily driver.

Ive got my 01 SE "Ditchfinder" :chuckle: (jokes, I love it and have never ditched it) with 207,000 km's, (128,00 miles). Bought it 3 years ago with 160,000 km's. Its my second Pathfinder, had a 95 previously.

Changed the following:
-Front Struts, rear shocks,
-new BF Goodrich A/T tires
-Belts
-Brakes, rotors, pads, bearings,

Regular oil changes is the most important thing to keep up and monitor any ongoing issues and deal with them appropriately.

Mine just went over 78,000 miles.

I love everything about it, except for the god forsaken gas mileage. 14mpg with a V6!? Should have bought an Armada with the V8!

Other than that, solid vehicle. I need to do some little things, like increase tension on the Alternator Belt (stop the squealing when its cold and under load), replace fuel filter, do some fluids etc.

So far I have just done an oil change. :)

When this thread first started in '09, I had just over 200,000 kms (about 125,000 miles).
I have cut down on my driving the past few years, but I'm currently at 266,000 kms (about 165,000 miles).
Still runs like new. No problems....knock on wood.

My 2002 QX4 is now up to 202,850 miles, still runs like a champ. I predict 300,000 miles and hopefully by then they'll start making them again and I can get a new one and do another 10-15 years!

234k....40k on new motor. The old one was making some weird noise, ran fine, but I dont like unpredictable. Therefore I purchased a new long block. The rest is stock with 234k on it, transmission and running gear all original. Starting to get a short lag in power here and there, might be transmission....but the fuel pump is original and I will change the filter first, might just be something simple.

98 SE with almost 184k miles on it. I bought it with 166k and had to replace the clutch (throwout bearing was squacking - factory clutch was still within spec, but really close to the min tolerances - and nobody wants to remove this transmission more than he has to - it's one heavy beast!). I recently had to replace the water pump (while there I also replaced the timing components, thermostat, and bypass hose. I need to replace the front brakes and also several of the suspension components (due to the mileage and having the rear-end sway).

Hoping to see 250000+ miles out of this baby!

The Pathfinder is now at 228,000 miles and my late mom''s Camry has finally cleared probate and become
my daily driver. The PF will now go down to the beach house and just tow my boat the 10 miles to the
launch ramp. 40 miles on a busy weekend,

I do think I'm going to enjoy filling the Camry no more than once a week vs twice a week for the PF.

BTW, I'm old enough to remember when it was a miracle when a car made 100,000. One of my old 240-Z
buds has 500,000 on his Z.

I bought it in May of 2010 with 248,000km (155,000 miles) and now it sits at 293,000 km (183,000 miles)

But now that I have the 530i, the Pathy will be driven a lot less :frown:

2000 pathfinder XE with 262,055 miles. Only had routine maintenance. Does have a leaking RMS but oil at $2.64 per qt is cheap compared to repair.

I'm at 226k miles. The 99 QX4 we sold last April had 234k miles. I do about 36k miles a year in the last 6 years.

I have two now

2001 QX4 180k miles
2002 QX4 195k miles

Both on original motors original trans, both 4wd, both no oil consumption.

Overall I love them (I bought the second for my gf for duty on the east coast)
