who has the best black 240sx 87-89

whats up i just recently bought a black 240sx with chrome rims a bodykit, catback system and a k&n filtercharger. Im not sure what to do next to it because it already has **** done to it. Im not really looking to increase the performance because i got into to much trouble with my last car. POST YOUR FAVORITE BLACK 87-89 STYLE 240'S

I don't think you are going to get a lot of reply's for exterior mods because most of the guys here don't care about chrome rims, body kits, and the way the car looks. They just want it to look good (close to stock) and have a lot of go. As for what you should do next, I would put springs on it, if it doesn't have them already. The best black 240 95~ is black 240's hand's down. but I don't know about ~94. Welcome to the club by the way.Josh

thanx for your reply. i would love to hook up another engine but i got into two much trouble in my city last time. for driving to fast. The cops here are douch bags. if they hear i hooked up another car they will be all over my *** until i get rid of it. What i was really trying to accomplish my posting this post is to try to find a car that looks similar to mine becausei dont have a scanner for my computer to out my own pics on.

I figured i would get ragged on but i kinda deserved it. I am new no this hole 240sx scene and dont now a great deal about them. Im just trying to improve my knowledge about the 240's

I'm not saying nightrida asked a stupid question or anything, but the reason cops usually hassle "ricey" cars is because of the irresponsible drivers. It is not because of the engine under the hood that, BTW, they can't even see until they have probable cause to pull you over.

LOST-TOA-K i think i have a pretty good idea of what your car looks like. There are only a couple of 240sx's that i know of from Rhode Island. There is a orange one which i was told was supercharger but dont hold it against me if its not because thats just what i was told. And ther is a green one which is always parked a hooters in warwick. The only other one i know of is a black one that i heard was pretty hooked Up engine wise but i have never seen it

technically it was a import. i was driving a ford probe Gt which is made by mazda. I was beating 240sx with it and alot of the other imports around my city but i the engine had to go and blow on me. im selling it now for like 2000 obo but ill take like a G for it. heres the link to the picture http://www.autotrader.com/find...=1993

Well, I'm one of the sore losers here that doesn't own a 240sx.. :oface

But my mom has a '92 black coupe. It's base model, stock everything. I'll try to take some pics tomorrow. (She's had it since '93 and still hasn't paid it off..long story..tied up in bankruptcy(sp)). I bought a digital camera sometime after Christmas and still haven't took any pics of my car, or my moms. So this will give me something to do for a few mins tomorrow.

no, technically its a domestic. Mazda doesn't make fords. ford makes mazda's.

it has 138,000 miles on it. It came with a bodykit, chrome rims (but i hope to get rid of them for some black or gunmetal rims) a catback stsyem and a k&n filtercharger. For all this i paid 1800 cash

No you are wrong. Mazda was asked by for to make them this car. This was the first Ford mazda calaberation since ford bought mazda. There is a article about this i just read about a week ago. Ill try to find it again and ill send it to you.

no, im positive you are wrong. There was a whole big thread about this. Mazda Mx6 vs 240sx was the name i think. go search for it. Mazda Mx6's are basically ford probes, so i guess what you're sayin is, they put all the ford engines into the mazda's and all the mazda's into the probelems right?

No the engine is a mazda engine. belive me i owned the car. PArts for this car were so expencive because they were imported. I am currently a member of http://www.probetalk.com it is the same type of website as this one but with probes. Go on that site and ask them about the 93 gt model and they will tell you. im still looking for that article
