HI guys, have not been here for a bit. My ABS brake pump/modulator is squirting out brake fluid like a p0rn star. Lot's of pumps for sale out there and lot's of opinions as to what years fit. Mine is a 92 Traction. Great deal out here on a 95 will it work?

Thanks in advance guys.

The '95 part won't work easily... It might be able to be modified in some way, but I don't really know. If I remember correctly, the 90-93 model years used a three channel system (Right Front, Left Front, Rear) and the 94+ used a 4 channel setup where each wheel had separate control. According to the parts catalog the part you want is 47600-60U01 found in 07/1990 - 02/1993 cars. I'm not sure if the change over was precisely with the 1994 model update, or if some grille-less '93s got the first of the newer system. I would avoid the early 1990 model year ones, because they had more of a leak issue than the later ones. They would have the part number ending in 60U00 instead of 60U01. At this point they're all pretty old though... fluid change history (which you don't know on a used donor car) is the biggest predictor of them being ok.

At one time A-1 Cardone rebuilt these actuators, but their site shows it as an "obsolete part number" - Even in early 2000s, you had to ship them your old one or a core. I'd try contacting them to see if they can still rebuild if you can't find a good used one.

Paying it forward and hoping.i"m right I found an old country boy down in NASCAR country who knows Q"s. Here's the deal. If it's a non traction car the numbers are separated for 94-96 and 1990 to 1993. If it's a traction model like mine the pump is good for 1990 to 1996. I bought it for $100 and will report back if all is well. Pretty frustrating search up to $600 due to the confusion between traction and non traction.

NASCAR boy was dead wrong, wish I had read Q451990's post BEFORE I ordered the part. Good news is NASCAR boy will refund, even better news is my mechanic says he agrees with Q451990's part number, now where can I find this part??! Oh, A-1 Cardone wants $1600.

Should have mentioned the part I need, is 4760060U01. Just AS q451990 SAID. Used, junked, rebuilt, don't care, some say not available from Infiniti, some say $2,500 from Infiniti. For sale all day long on EBay if it is a non traction model for under $100. Need the traction model or instructions to bypass the traction.

$1600... that's disappointing. Makes me want to go out and flush my brake fluid! I think traction and non traction are the same. When I pulled that part number, I didn't specify traction at least. I think the TCS has it's own pump? Let me do some research on that to be sure. Have you tried www.car-part.com?

My ABS actuator has a green metal tag on the top with the part number on it. I'd check yours to see if yours shows something other than 47600-60U01. Mine is a non-TCS version. I really think they're all the same TCS or not.
