yes they will. I know because I have a previous set of 18" 245/45 stock rims on my j30 now for over 3 years.

Tire size and rim are 225/55/17 by 7.5 width. Has about 20k miles on them with a few little minor scrapes on two of the wheels... but otherwise they all look good. I will take up close pics tomorrow
