Guys, if you want to point out something that's broken, that's fine (and appreciated).
But we basically got hung out to dry by our prior hosting provider and had to make all these changes virtually overnight... we're all busting a** to get stuff fixed, so you're gonna have to trust that after 7 years of this, we know what we're doing.
No whining - we're doing the best we can.
On a side note, its very ironic that a 40-year-old guy who's fairly web-illiterate is a lot less frustrated learning new things than the "tech generation".
