WELL THE ODO SAYS 121K ROUGHLY BUT THE MOTOR WAS REPLACED AT 115K WITH A 74K MILE MOTOR. I WAS GOING TO ASK $2K FOR IT. BUT I GOT A COUPLE OF THINGS I NEED TO FINISH ON MY RB SWAPED '89, BEFORE I CAN SELL IT.

He can't sell it until his other car is done because then he wouldn't have a car to use!there are no timing belts on a 240sx! they are timing chains, and they need to be replaced when/if they break.

the other one's, I have no clue.

ok just check the timing chain to make sure its ok. And if you switched the auto to a 5 speed how much with car? Scuff and dents i don't really care about unless the dents are huge.

Also.... is the suspention ok? no alignment problems or anything?

WHERE ARE YOU AT MAYBE YOU CAN COME SEE IT? WITH THE FIVE SPEED CONVERSION I DON'T KNOW, I HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL MY KA AND SKYLINE PARTS AND SEE WHAT I HAVE AND WHAT WILL BE NEEDED THEN I COULD GIVE YOU A DECENT HONEST ANSWER. I KNOW I HAVE THE transmission, A SKYLINE PEDAL SET, AND CLUTCH CYLINDER BUT THERE ARE OTHER PARTS NEEDED SO LET ME TAKE A LOOK BEFORE I GIVE YOU AN ANSWER, OK?

HERES A GENERAL IDEA OF WHAT I WOULD CHARGE YOU FOR THAT CONVERSION.

$500 LABOR$ NEW CLUTCH$ CLUTCH LINE AND MASTER CYLINDER$ FLYWHEEL TURNI WILL THROW IN THE transmission, PEDALS, RESEVOIR, AND WHAT EVER OTHER PARTS I HAVE ON HAND NEEDED FOR THE SWAP.

I CAN GET THE transmission TORN DOWN, INSPECTED AND OILED UP FOR $175, ANY PART REPLACEMENTS, REBUILDS, ETC ARE ADDITIONAL. transmission HAS 160K ON IT AND HAD NO PROBLEMS WHILE CAR WAS RUNNING.

THE ONLY THING I KNOW WRONG WITH THE CAR NOW IS THE EGR IS BAD, AND I'M GOING TO FIX THAT SOON. AND THE CAR IS REGISTERED TILL OCT. 2005

OHH A DRIVE SHAFT WILL BE NEEDED AND ALSO A ECU (UNLESS SOMEONE CAN VERIFY THAT A AUTO ECU WILL WORK ON A MANUAL CAR.).

Get which ever one you prefer. If weight is that big of a problem then scrap some of the interior junk...and if you dont like that idea then get one with a lot of rust :)
