where can u get emblems

should a fastback with an SR be called a 200SX? there are plenty of USDM B13's and B14's out there with 200SX badges you can have

on this point, should RB25/RB26 powered S13s/S14s be called 250SX, 260SX etc?

even 91-98 180SX's aren't named right. they were only 1.8L for 89-90.

A fastback with an SR should be a 180sx, if you want to call it something different...Even though the later 180sx's had sr20s, Nissan Japan made the s13 fastback with the sr20det and it was sold as the '180sx.'

A 240sx with an RB wouldn't have an official designation, because Nissan never made any S chassis car with an RB engine...

meaningless conversation. Ultimately you own your car and can do with it and call it whatever the sam hell you want. if i want to slap a m3 emblem on my 325 and shout from the rooftops that its a m3 then who really can stop me. Just take note, putting emblems on your car that dont belong there is one of the reasons that many members of this board dislike other car companies, cough*Honda*cough*Acura.

"Silvia or 180 badges ONLY belong on imported cars. If I look up the VIN number and it says 240SX it's a 240SX no matter how much you do to it. Putting Silvia or 180 badges on a USDM car is RICE. PERIOD. If you think you can claim you are not a ricer just because you used Nissan stuff to create something ricey, you are totally incorrect. Have pride in your 240SX for god's sake. No need to get badges to make your car unique, make it unique by the class you keep, the skill with which you drive, and the taste you spend your money and make your modifications with."

What the hell? so the sr20det doesn't belong in the 240sx? all the people who have done the swap are just confused ricers?

last time i checked the 240z and 260z were 2.8L? Not 2.4 and 2.6 respectively?
