Greetings Nico Club,

I am in need of help/suggestions for fitting 20's on my infiniti M35. I have read many forums and have received some great information but nothing that convinces me on the best wheel size for my model car.
The plan is to lower the car with coilovers on Vossen CV3's. I definitely would like the flushed look (not looking to tuck as that would involve rolling fenders). I also am trying to avoid rubbing of any sort as this is a daily driver. On the other hand I do want a staggered look.
I have been given two suggestions - Either go with 20x9 front and 20x10.5 (which I was later told would stick out at the back too much) or go with 20x9's all around. I don't know how the 20x9's would look all around with these wheels as I feel I would lose the "staggered" look.

Any ideas??????

P.S.Pics would also be great with suggestions

They make a 20x10 Wheel. My car is setup on the 20x10.5 rear they do just barely stick out not much at all. But im also on Eibachs and my car sits perfect no rubbing issues or anything. Havent had really many people in the back yet though. I have had two people in the back but still no rubbing or touching the wheel.

Wow, car looks great! Very Clean! Do you have a closer shot of the back where the tire meets the fender?

Here is a pic of the Wheel Fitment. If you went lower then my car it would fit i think but just barely. Our fenders are already rolled but you could if you decide to go this fitment on your car and it just barely fit. When you lower your car all the way you can put newspaper on the tire and wheel to have the fender stretch a lil. Just go slow wont look bad seen it done. You can even look it up.

10.5" with an offset of 45 will stick out as you can see in the pic above. Adding coilover and some camber will help make them flush.

2nd you would a 275/30/20 for the rear

He would be fine with 285 rears cause the tires would fit and I don't think you wanna stretch the tire unless your into that look.
Here is a way i would do it. maybe not a Phone book but similar, a good amount of newspaper will work perfect.

I might do it with mine just a lil to give it a better look and also if i have more people in the car for safety reasons.

Now that I've seen the fitment with 275, I don't see a problem fitting 285 in the back. I'm dropped on H tech and I'm using 9.5 Width rims and 285 looks like will be fine.

Freddie, what are you running on your car? (tires and wheels specs)?

Still back and forth with this wheel or moving away from the concave look all together

20x9" 20x10.5" best fit!! I ran +42 offset in the rear and no problem but I did stretch tie just a tad bit going with 265/35/20"!

Do not go with 20x9" all four!! If you go square, go 20x10.5" +45 offset!! 265/35/20"

My Vossen Cv1 were 20x9" +32 front 20x10.5"+42 rear clearing bbk and stretching the rear just barely sticking out of the fender... Looks awesome!!! Check my different wheel set ups I went with on my post, went from square 22" to staggered 20"! Lowered on eibach springs and d2 racing coilovers. With eibach camber kit on all four corners when I was on Vossen! :dblthumb:

Nice set up bodyguard! I actually was contemplating going two two's but im worried about the ride and rubbing. I was actually trying to find a set of agio sten wheels but apparently they dont sell these in the states anymore. Check them out!

Thanks for the suggestions on offsets as well. Ive been having a hard time finding out what would be the best offset for 20 or 22's.

front:
20x8.5 et30 with 245/35/20 tires

rear:
20x10 et42 with 285/30/20 tires

no rubbing or scrapping at all.

No rolling, pulling or camber needed.

Rear wheels don't stick out or poke.

I installed front camber bolts when I installed H-Tech springs, alignment was fine.

But if your going any lower it's best to get the camber arms for the front, I have plans to get them this coming April or March.

Bump. Does anyone know how deep I can go on the rear with a 22 inch wheel....I'm planning on running a 285/25/22 with an offset that will not stick out or stretching tires

10" et42 to be safe

10.5 if you could get an et48 to fit (back spacing is the question)

Sounds about right, I found another M on on here. He has 265/30/22 in the rear with a 10.5, et47. I didn't notice any sticking out only a very slight tire stretch. Thanks, time to get looking.

Speaking of rims, how do you think the fitment would be on our cars (2006 m45) if I were to run a 19x9 ET 44 front and 19x10 ET 37? Thoughts?

Hey Nico Club

Anyone know what brand of camber kit would be a good one to go with for the front? I have found a couple but would love feedback from you guys.

Thanks!

Ok cool, I found either the whole arm or eibach makes the Eibach 5.72280K Pro-Alignment Camber Arm Kit. Is this the one you are referring to?

I have only used the arm in the past.

P.S how can you post pics on this thing. I finally got my wheels on!

I installed camber bolts for the front of my M45 when I went with the H-Tech springs. Alignment was in spec, thanks to the bolts.

But now I have the D2 Racing coilovers and would like sometime this spring to install the front camber arms being that the car is so low.
