whats the max width of the rim can we run ?

Did the bolt holes need any work because you took some of the material off the wheel?

I'm looking to have my pair of R35 wheels milled from 25et to 32et, and have the bolt holes reinforced. With some fender pulling and some CO's and a drop, I'm hoping I can get those to tuck with less than 2* neg. camber

No work to the bolts wholes needed.

As long as the wheel has enough (extra) material to mill you'll be ok.
