i use Exxon Superflo in my daily driver (honda accord) cause my dad used to work for Exxon and said it was good.

i use Mobil 1 Synth in the 240 cause thats what the previous owner used and its not good to switch between synth and dino too much.

I've been using Valvoline Maxx Life 10x-30 with a bit of Lucas Oil stabilizer, with a pro1 oil filter... I change after ever few events... like 2-3 if i dont run her much... probibly be lucky if i see 2k on the oil. but always before 3k.

Im debating other oil changes (mobil 1?), but i know jack about any of that stuff so im afraid to change, and Im deathly scared to swap to synth.

so ill prob stay the same, meh it works... no problems yet, n maybe ill try somethin like seaform or somethin but im not looking forward to replacing all that crap that dies. I gotta set of Bosh platium quad tip spark plugs awaiting, but havent put em in yet...

Did my oil change last week and decided to pay the 6 bucks a quart for the 10w30 Mobil 1 Synth and some extra bucks for an OEM Filter at the dealership. The car has been feeling way better. Probably just cause it's new oil or something. Iv'e heard all this bad stuff about leaks developing and oil burning off more when switching to synth. Well no leaks so far, and I even seafoamed the engine beforehand so the gunk that would of been clogging up possible leaks are gone as well. All in all, the cars been running like a champ. I don't know if i'll have any side effects from switching to synth after 140k miles but, oh well.
