I think we got this same thread going on but for na ka. I dont think we'd mind too much if it was turbo ka but there is a whole forum for that.

Damn that's slow!!! I run a mile in about 6.5 min.

You should be able to walk a 1/4 in 4 min.

meh average walking pace is like 3 mph, thats a 5 minute quarter, If his jog is 1.25 times faster then his walk then he is right...
