whats a good spring rate for street coilovers?

Lies. Dampening on the Flexes are spot on to the spring rates they run. I ran them on my old S13. Rates for 6/4 and they defenitely rode smooth. Not bouncy, not under-dampened, just perfect. People didn't even think I was on coilovers, lol.

ya i finished setting them up today, i like them but im guessing i did something wrong? because i put the stiffer springs on the 9/7 and it really wasnt harsh at all? and set the damper all the way on 15 which is max for stance? mmm any ideas? or are coilovers really not as bad as everyone says? lol

id say bad

lower spring rates rae great for comfort, but suck for spirited driving
