^^That sounds good. Where was that?

I hit up a favorite Japanese spot tonight. They have a huge varied menu, so I never seem to order my normal sushi staples since they have so much else of interest. Wife and I always split tempura though. Good with that first beer.

-Vegetable Tempura-Ankimo (monkfish liver) <-- OMG delicious. -Hotate (scallop) sashimi-Dobin Mushi (seafood hot pot)-Hamachi Temaki (yellowtail hand roll)

I just ate McDonalds in Bel Air, MD. Those people took pride in making that food. It looked just like the pictures.

Oscar Wilde said that "Only dull people are brilliant at breakfast", well, I would rather that this doesn't put me in that catagory....

Here are the Braised Lamb Loin Chops I just made:

[IMG][/IMG]

I seasoned it with kosher salt, ground fennel seed, ground cardamom, saffron, and caramelized onions.

.99lb of meat, and this plate only had 665 calories.

If you've never had lamb; it has a unique yet strong flavor, and even though it looks alot like beef when it's raw it tastes nothing like it. All in all, it's good, but wild venison is still better in my opinion.

looks good! I stick to basic meats though...Pork, beef, and chicken.

Just had some left over Country Fried steak from Claim Jumpers. I can't decide if I should finish this...
