Rice cooked in chicken stock with some spices.

I am not eating meat (except fish and eggs) for a month. It's killing me.

I just had some eel and salmon sushi called the "dancing eel roll" in some hibachi/sushi place in CT. It was amazing! Some of the best I've ever had.

Organic couscous with fresh thin sliced celery and finely diced onion. Seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, pinch kosher salt/iodized salt, black pepper, and turmeric.

I love how fast couscous cooks.
