And why did SHE have to go back to the dealer for their f***? I'd be all "yeah you can send someone to my work with the documents... I'll sign them here".

Yeah they suck.

CHMSL is there third brake light. Kia dealers like to install aftermarket units so the light flashes instead of illuminating solid under braking.
