If they carry NGK plugs, you can just give them the part number BKR-7ES11. It is a rare plug, and most places will not stock it, but if they carry NGK they should be able to order it.
You could try going with another brand but I would strongly advise against. Most plug makers, never designed a plug to work with such an application. The only other company I would recommend would be Denso.
I have heard of people using bosch, but they use a very pure design as far as performance is concerned.
I would also strongly advise against using platinum plugs, they will hurt performance as well as mileage when paired with the SR.
For pure performance, I would use a regular copper plug, they have the best spark, and will make the most power, the only downfall is, they wear out often.
If you daily drive the car, an iridium plug will offer a greater lifespan. The BKR-7EIX11 is the iridium version of the first plug I listed. Any NGK dealer should be able to order these as well, but they charge an arm and a leg for them. I would suggest ordering them from SPLParts.com. They have the plugs, in sets of 4 for $29.
