I'd love to have the ability to control time. I would stop time all the time and steal lots of stuff like money, cars...lots of cars, groceries etc. I'd go back in time and change stuff, go forward in time and check it out. Not to mention how much of a creep I would be

Think about the possibilities! You could do anything, anywhere, anytime. And if you were gonna get pulled over by cops, just stop time and keep driving away. That is by far my favorite power.

Everyone in the Naruto universe has powers, even the one guy who doesn't technically have powers.

Yeah, but I figure the Naruto universe's Bloodline Limits are the closest thing to mutant powers since you have to be born with them, not learn them.

For the sake of folks who don't know, the damned Sharingan can anticipate most attacks to the point where it borders on telepathy. It can control the mind of defenseless victims. It can copy the skills and techniques of your opponents...

And these are just the low level abilities! It's so cheesy. You write your own checks and no one says "no" to you if you've got the Sharingan... lol

I'm gonna categorize "trap your a** in a genjutsu" under mind control for simplicity sake. I'm not talking about simple coercion. Sasuke used this to beat Danzo, Itachi was the king of that sh1t, Madara used it to control summoned beasts. I can't remember offhand, but I think I remember someone using a puppet-like jutsu on ppl too. Hell, Kakashi was able to copy Zabuza's techniques before he even did them...

Think the Sharingan is kinda cheating because it is a whole bunch of powers rolled into one occular awesome ball.
Cause anything you look at to burn with an unquenchable flame? Check.
Cause someone to see whatever you want them to see? Check.
Control the thoughts and actions of anyone? Check.
Invulnerability? Check.
A sword that seals the target in a wine gourd for an eternity? Check.

Other Anime powers to lust after are Haruhi Suzumiya's ability to give reality to whatever she imagines (Up to and including the destruction of the Universe because it is "Boring") and Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann's ability to throw Galaxy Shurikens (Yes...shurikens created from entire galaxies)
