What kind gas mileage are you getting?

On my '93 s13 I average 28mpg or about 450mi per tank. On my '90 s13 I get about 26mpg average or about 400mi per tank. I also live a fair distance from anything and rarely get into the larger cities around me so all my driving is done, more or less, at a constant speed.

wait a sec, the s14 has a 17 gallon tank? man my gauge must be waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay off since im like rock bottom on E when i put in 10 gallons at the pump *shakes head*

i get 21.6mpg with a mix of highway/freeway miles. i do tend to accelerate to the speed limit pretty quickly but i don't drag race or any of that lane cutting stuff. i guess that sucks a lot of gas romping on the accelerator like that.

If you're getting crappy gas mileage and you checked and or changed everything , you might want to check your Coolant temp sensor.

wow! all i can say is this makes me wanna swallow a bag of nails. when i set the trip i usually fill up at about 180 190! i was just thinking about this the other day and wanted to do some research. my car is s-13 coupe 5 spd with injen intake. i was under the impressoin when i bought it adn when i had a tuneup that it was all running fine and dandy but i guesse not. at fist i thought my trip was mis calibrated or something but i checked it today and it was accurate. so could anyone tell me what to start doing inorder to obtain a little closer to what i should be getting for fuel economy. beause as stated earlier being 16 and gas being so much = no money for the sr, especially if im guzzling it like nuthing.
