OK... I get the gist of rims... the 17x7 part... ie 17" diameter 7" wide... correct?
What i don't get is what everyone is saying about offsets. I see lets say 17x7 with a +40 offset. What is the +40 part? Is it the lip? Like 40mm from the spokes outwards?
