What DD car will you buy for $25,000? Something quick enough of the line and midrange.

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Meanie,

So far here in WI the average same package G37 sedan non sport with premium package goes 25k and up. It does not inlcude CPO which is an extra $800.
Even in Chicago suburbs they sell it close to $25-26k

I am really curious why this specific dealership sells their car a bit more cheaper than the rest. Their customer reviews were top notch. I have to see it to believe it though, but for $22,000 includes the CPO warranty in the price with less than 23k miles i will go for it. I was planning to trade in the car next year, but the my ex35 will also depreciate next year so this G37 price fits my current budget.

I do not mind the G37 depreciation. I will be keeping it until 100k miles. I just have to trade in the EX35 since I really do not want to drive an expensive car to repair without warreanty. I already driven it for 76k miles now. If I only knew that the extended warranty could not be extended when the car hit the original powertrain warranty, I could have extended the warranty for my EX35 and keep it for another year or two, but it is too late now.

If ever I get the g37, i will wait till it hits 32k miles and buy an extended warranty from Courtney.
I am more familiar with the G37 service work and I can some on my own, but it is good to do service work in the dealership once in a while so they can see you as a frequent customer. They"ll give you some slack when you have to bring the car for warranty work.

I cancelled my G37x sedan visit, but did test drive a 2015 WRX. The interior is much decent compare to the previous models. Highway is good and the torque is good for DD. i just felt it flat out past 5k RPM which is very noticable. Turbo lag is very minimal. I hardly felt any turbo lag at all.

Car os very light and nimble! it is very enjoyable to drive. It is basically a combination of Evo X and G37x sedan. It handles like an EVo and comfortable like the G37x sedan. Iight wait for the 2016 model and see if I can get one in color white. I am thinking of just putting a Cobb 1 and tune it.

I will still look at the G37x sedan next week and drive it and compare it to the WRX 2015 manual.

G37x advantage:

-Luxury
- nice interior
- smoother power in the highway. 100MPH is very smooth.
-best car service and loaner car.
- I can get a cheaper extended warranty from Courtney.
- Cheaper $22,000 used 23k miles.
G37x sedan disadvantages:
- AT transmission 1-2 is peaky and jittery.
- Heavy and MPG 17/25 city/hwy.
-Not true AWD (RWD bias)

WRX 2O15 premium Manual 6speed

Advantages:

-Easy to make it quick.
- Very light and nimble
- best AWD for snow
- great handling over all
- MPG 20/29 city/hwy

Disadvantage
- looks plain/bland .
Not sure about the service and loaner car if they offer it.
- more expensive at 30k out the door.
- do not know where to get a cheaper extended warranty.

So far I am still leaning on towards the G37x sedan.
